Our organization understands a simple truth—media moves culture. We also recognize a related truth—Jesus was a storyteller.


In an era where screens saturate our landscape and social media has spread into our lives, the Archangel Film Fund seeks to harness entertainment and utilize communication. Rather than fear these forces, we can use them to achieve a great good and truly fulfill Christ’s command to bring His gospel to the ends of the earth.


In pursuit of this mission, the Archangel Film Fund allows those interested in a better world to donate in support of making positive, moral media that either implicitly or explicitly promotes the kingdom of heaven.


This organization is also a home where faithful content creators can come and potentially partner with the film fund to receive help in bringing their visions to reality or getting their finished projects to the widest possible audience.

our origin story

Why Create an Archangel Film Fund?

The Archangel Film Fund is a Christian media ministry with a mission to produce, co-produce and promote movies and media of all types that contain Christ-oriented stories or positive biblical morals and worldviews. In addition, the ministry seeks to also support, recognize, and fund faith-based and family friendly media makers in their projects and efforts to create positive, quality content. Most of the current media—especially that which is made by mainstream content companies and creators—embodies or promotes or teaches ideas, morals, and values contrary to a positive Christian worldview. Our ministry’s overall mission is to create, collaborate, support, promote, and bring to audiences media that will win the culture for Christ. 


This fund originated due to the significant obstacles Christian filmmakers face  in the creation of such content: specifically, the lack of resources and the inability for completed media to reach the market. Projects may lack funding, staffing, guidance, expertise, support, or access. Major media companies, content creators, and distribution entities are not interested in financing such projects and often will not work on them or agree to release them, thereby effectively limiting—and at times, silencing—entire viewpoints and forms of expressions by denying resources to media projects that express these ideas or perspectives.


Recognizing this issue, the Archangel Film Fund seeks to empower the Christian community and those that support positive biblical principles to assist such projects and media-makers. Whether or not these supporters have significant financial resources, they can contribute to this ministry which will then loan, invest, or donate to these types of projects or media makers.


The ministry’s goal is to produce these projects or assist these creators in getting this kind of work made and provide these projects and their creators with the resources to obtain distribution and reach the market. In addition, our ministry has the knowledge, expertise, and relationships to guide these types of projects and filmmakers, allowing such media efforts to become a reality while empowering these endeavors to connect with a wide audience.

Anthony

Sands

Anthony Sands is the VP of Development for Believe Entertainment and an award-winning writer/ producer/ director whose 25-year career started with credits on major studio films such as Titanic, Dr. Doolittle, and Space Jam.


Formerly the Senior Producer and Director for Family Theater Productions, Anthony served this Hollywood-based Catholic media company founded more than 75 years ago by Fr. Patrick Peyton, who famously coined the phrase “The family that prays together stays together."


Anthony graduated Magna Cum Laude from the prestigious USC School of Cinema/Television.

Williams

Jeremy Williams is a lifelong, devoted believer with a deep passion for spreading the Gospel, particularly through media.


As a leader in his church, he has successfully organized faith-based film events for both his congregation and the local community, while also serving as a co-captain for his church’s Pro-Life outreach ministry.


Jeremy has established strong connections with entertainment industry professionals who specialize in faith and family-oriented film and media.


Donna

Avanti

Donna Avanti brings decades of experience in financial management for film, television, and multimedia companies, and she continues to thrive in her career in Los Angeles, California.


With expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and more, Donna has been an invaluable asset to a wide range of entertainment industry professionals and businesses. Her experience spans key content creators, including those in the faith-based media sector.


A committed person of faith, Donna believes in the transformative power of positive, morally-driven content to significantly influence and uplift culture.
